End of a long day

Now that I've been awake almost 24 hours, its time to turn in to bed. The last few hours were spent on the town having drinks at the famous Raffles Hotel, Clarke (or Boat..never did figure out which is which) Quay, and dinner in the hawkers' market. I'm falling asleep at the keyboard so not too many details, besides, lots of Tiger beer (Singapore's own beer) and the Singapore Slinger. Here's a few random pictures of the Singapore River, and the Raffles Hotel, where we had a few drinks.

Here is my first video feed (which is not the best. ) This is the Sri Mariamman Indian temple in Chinatown, Singapore: http://www.youtube.com/v/gWCIaWWw5Yk

Hope you're appreciating that warm weather. You look sunburnt already. It's currently snowing here. They were predicting a storm that was supposed to start snowing at 6:00 p.m.; however, it started snowing around noon (6 hours early). The initial predictions are for 3 to 12 inches. But haven't heard the latest estimates, since the snow got here before predicted.

Definitely should be appreciating the weather. It's a bad one out there today. Took an extra 45 minutes getting here and I think I was lucky. We have about 6 inches right now where I live and they are predicting another 2-3 before noon. It's worse as you go south. Soak up the sun and bring it back here!!
